RISK ASSESSMENTS
FIRE RISK ASSESSMENTS
(FRA)
As required by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, a competent person must carry out a fire risk assessment on any non-domestic premises and the communal areas of residential buildings. Our qualified assessors follow PAS 79:2020 methodology to identify fire hazards, assess risk levels, and provide clear, prioritised recommendations to ensure your property is fully compliant and protected.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS INSTALLATION & TESTING

HOUSING HEALTH & SAFETY RATING (HHSRS)

We support landlords and letting agents by conducting HHSRS-style inspections to pre-emptively identify issues such as damp, excess cold, fire hazards, and entry by intruders—helping you avoid enforcement notices and penalties.
SMOKE ALARM INSTALLATION & TESTING
Where full fire alarm systems are not required, standalone smoke detectors can provide essential early warning protection. We supply and install smoke alarms in compliance with BS 5839-6:2019, and offer routine testing and maintenance services for HMOs, residential flats, and rental properties.
FIRE DOOR INSPECTION
(FDI)
Fire doors are a critical component of passive fire protection. We conduct detailed inspections to ensure doors are installed correctly, are in good condition, and meet regulatory standards under BS 8214 and Approved Document B. Each inspection includes checks on gaps, seals, hinges, closers, and signage.
HEALTH & SAFETY COMPLIANCE AUDITS
